Nah I am goning for a spirited cruise right now...

Sounds like something is missing in the story. A hooked up nitrous bottle is grounds for a street racing charge is it not?

The law still goes too far though.

I think carring a video cam at all times is very important...it can be used for pleasure ...and to protect yourself...

What a world we live in...when law abiding citzens can be harassed
there should be probable cause...there is it is called A RANDOM CHECK

I`m not on either side, pros and cons to both...just don`t bother me when I`m out enjoying my ride...

Apparently the MTO and OPP were checking all cars going to a "PINKS" all out event? It says later in the string, that the guy was stopped because he had ET streets, and they then found a NOS bottle in the car that was hooked-up.
Talk about low life scum; laying in wait to hassle people who are going to a track to race? I thought that the argument being used by the fascists was that they were trying to get people of the streets and onto the track?
They get away with this crap because most of their targeted victims can't afford decent lawyers, or the time off work to fight the state. Soon people will just run when they see the cops, if you're going to have your car impounded anyway, what have you got to loose...?
