Default I just pulled the trigger on a C6!

Guys,

After years of savings and 4 months of hard research, I finally found the exact car I was looking for and pulled the trigger!

I bought a 2007 3LT Silver Coupe, MN6, Z51, Nav and Clear top.

You can see it here: http://www.texasmotorcars.com/webtem...spx?iid=401905

Now, I just need to have it shipped to the border and go through the RIV. I hope to be driving it within 3 - 4 weeks.

Boy, I feel great.

2crude,

I'll probably keep it stock, except for the CAGS Skip Shift Eliminator.

c6ike,

I think the price is fair. I was able to negociate a little bit and paid $39.5k, shipped to the Champlain, NY border.

Mike.

Car looks great! Make sure it comes with the Nav Disc, they showed I think 4 or 5 pics of the screen but always in Audio mode. I would think it would be there but just make sure.

Good point Tony.

I have downloaded version 4 of the Nav Disc a few months ago and burnt it to a DVD+R DL. Should work in the car.

If not, I'll get in touch with GM Nav Disc to see if the free updates are still available for this car.

Mike.

Yes. For vehicles built after September 1st 2007, you have to have an electronic immobilizer. C6 have this as a standard feature. Anyways, mine was built on August 3rd, 2006.

Welcome to the madness is RIGHT!! (but its GOOD madness! )

Congrats on the car, trust me you will LOVE IT!!!!!

GOOD luck on keeping it stock, thats almost impossible.
Your first mod will probably be exhaust...you will love your car even MORE...
then you will want something else.... you will get that ... you will LOVE it MORE...
then you will hear your Corvette buddies with even more done to theirs, you will drool over how good they look/sound, and you will then be shopping again.
If I am wrong here, anyone please correct me.

Its a second mortgage!

WELCOME, and remember to SAVE THE WAVE!!
