I tried to PM the officer in Rockport but his pm box was full,so I will ask here,
the yellow speed signs, law or suggested speed? thanks

oh yea and the joke for tomorrow,

THE BLONDE JOKE TO END ALL BLONDE JOKES

A blonde woman was speeding down the road in her little red sports car
and was pulled over by a woman police officer who was also a blonde.

The blonde cop asked to see the blondes driver's license. She dug
through her purse and was getting progressively more agitated.

'What does it look like?'' she finally asked.

The policewoman replied, ''It's square and it has your picture on it.''

The driver finally found a square mirror in her purse, looked at it and
handed it to the policewoman. ''Here it is,'' she said.

The blonde officer looked at the mirror, then handed it back saying,
''Okay, you can go. I didn't realize you were a cop.''

My understanding (but could be all wrong) from several officers with PRP (Peel Regional Police) & OPP is yellow speed signs are "suggested" speeds for control safety - usually found on highway on/off ramps and sharp curves.

However, you cannot exceed the posted speed of the road you are entering/exiting or traveling on.

Highways - 100km - you can be charged if exceeding this but not for exceeding yellow posted speed

Sharp curves - say, normally 80km, again can be charged if exceeding normal posted speed but not for exceeding Yellow sign posted speed.
