Default Meet-Saturday May 10th 2008. wax/wash?

New z owner here....dont know where to begin when it comes to washing the z and waxing the z.

If the weather is more than willing...I was thinking we can hold a wash/wax locally in the GTA, heck even at my house if it came down to it....

Im in Markham

I bought a simonz buffer...(dont know where to begin)
and some meguiars glass wax and car wash.

Ive washed many cars before...but with the z id like to get more of a hands on look on its supposed to be done right.

If there are any other suggestions...i.e a local park with a hose and a outlet, let me know.

other then that...any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

thank you in advance.

Gerrard.

Hi Gerrard welcome to our little corner of insanity (though it has been a little more insane than usual the last month, but that is another story)

Our GTG's are on Saturdays, late mornings at the Chapters accross from Sherway Gardens.

If you are looking for info on beautifying your baby consider attending Franks GTG/Wrenching session at the end of the month. There will be plenty of knowledgeable people.

Here is the link.

Welcome.

I'm sure the guys will chime in with advice, but in the interim you might want to check out this thread from the Car Care area of the forum:

If nothing else, it's entertaining.
