99 - Head lights Question

Anyone experience this.

I need to repeat the turn on and off process 2 times in order to get the head lights to flip up. This was not the case last year. Any suggestions.

If I only turn it on once the DRL goes off but the head lights stay down.

I am turning the knob all the way up and down so I am not doing anything I shouldnt.

Any advice is appreciated.

Joe talk with FFIN90, Ray has a bit of experience with HID's and I think could help.
