2008 in Review..time to reflect
With one day left before 2008 rolls, its a good time to look back on our 2007 season, which personally I think was our best one yet for the CFCE crew.
We had lots of great events, lots of laughs and we had some new members join which added to the diversity and character of this group. All in all, a great year
Here's just a few my/our favourite 2008 moments...don't by shy to post yours...
On our way to Carlisle 2007 which will be forever known in CFCE history as "The Bitch Slap Incident"
Waitin' for the "wallet"
We are very fortunate to have gathered such a great group of people who share the same passion for a great automobile icon, regardless of the year. Thanks to all for making this a great year...here's to an even better 2008 season
You said it Mo,, 2007 was a great year to be a member of the CFCE group.. this was my first full year and I must say I can't believe how welcome both Patti and I felt at all the events we attended. Hats off to all of you.
Now here's a little video clip to reflect upon some of the great events this past summer.
Mo and posse,
In my years of "hanging out with car enthusiasts" like my last foreign Swedish auto group, I have never met a better group of people and friends. Almost from the first day we were made to feel welcome. The diversity of this group is incredible. We have all ethnicities and walks of life represented here too. This is amazing when you also consider that our group crosses age gaps also. I do not know of a group or "unclub" where people will not hesitate to help out another fellow Vette owner (regardless of the generation). I think it has taught me some tolerance too over the year as I reflect on the actions of others and what I have learned.
Great group, great posse, great friends and a great New Year to all.

Healthy and Happy New Year, to all on the Corvette Forum.
I went through a few of the pictures taken on various Sat morning GTG's ,and have compiled this album from 2007.
I've set it up this site so anyone can download my pictures, or upload
others to the site. To view the images in a higher resolution click on the first image, then scroll through the rest using the right arrow.
From the tons of pics I have from 2007, these came immediately to mind....
My first trip to Carlisle....
and...what it means to be part of this crew...when you do something really stupid, the help and advice is always there...(jokes about back up cameras aside... )
This group gets bigger and better all the time..lots of events, cruises and get togethers to choose from throughout the year. Its been a great 2007 and I truly enjoyed it with all y'all (learned that in Texas).
