That was my 2001 Grand Prix GTP ... It happend the day before we were leaving for the Mid-Ohio AMLS race ... and when Myra called from the store to give me the bad news, I didn't believe her!
I logged in to my store camera system, and watched as they struggled to move the bin off of my rear bumper It was kinda ammusing watching that! Kinda.
Either that bin weighed a ton or your GP has crappy brakes and a really loose transmission (or a bungy cord somewhere in between). The car must have moved a few feet when it hit.

How much damage was actually done to the car?
The 2 yard bin is filled with used - wet coffee grounds, and is very heavy ... on a flat surface, one strong guy can roll it, on an incline, not even two guys could move it, they needed to use the truck!

About a grand worth of damage.
Hey can I park my 1992 Ford Escort SW there to get some body work done?
That sucks! But I bet you're glad you didn't have the Vette parked there! And I bet you think very carefully about where you're gonna park the Vette from now on!
Since you have a sense of humour about it...so will I and say, thats actually funny (the video) not the expense...it looks like he didnt even notice after it hit.

Ya ... the truck dude was pretty oblivious during the whole event ... but at least he was honest, and told my staff right away ... or was it after he tried to push it off my bumper?
