Default exhaust swap, any good shops?

i was hoping to replace my exhaust with a magnaflow system but can't find a place that will do it for a reasonable price. is there any shops around the burlington, oakville, mississauga or even toronto area that would do this for less than $100? i can do it myself but do not feel comfortable jacking it up 2 feet in the air. any help would be appreciated.

$100 or $1000? While I can't say for sure, I would think that installing an exhaust system will run in the $300-$500 range if you already have the parts. You are looking at about 3 hours of labour.

Lauri
Thanks Lauri

Also, my install was axle back, not cat back (i.e. no X pipe)

Not sure about that. Give Steve at WN a call and I'm sure he'll be able to tell you.

When I was researching, guys in the US were saying $130 at the local muffler shop - given the horror stories related to incorrect lifing I wanted mine to be lifted by some that had done it before! I figured a couple hundred, done by the dealer, was reasonable.

Good luck with getting yours installed!

I had my BB Bullets installed at Noyz Boyz in Scarboro. $80.

It was a straight bolt on, no welding needed and took about 20 mins of actual labour. it really did look easy, I watched the whole thing. they do good work there.

If you are looking for someplace in Mississauga there is Zoro's on Standfield Road just below Dundas.

The boss man seems reasonable. I was asking him about installing a Corsa Sport with an 'X' pipe and he said they can do it for about $200. He also, specialized in Magnaflow.

Did you call Midas or Thruway?

I called about getting a catback put on before. Midas wanted about 1 hour of labour ($100~) and Thruway quoted me $130.

I don't have a Corvette, but I think it'd be about the same.
