Default iPod owners, got a question for ya...

I have a 2 gig Nano, 1st Gen, how or what would you suggest to buy so I could hook it up to use in my 07 GMC PU truck?

I'd also like to use it in my 73, but the PU has priority right now.

get an iTrip. Its an FM tuner that hooks up to the ipod.... all you do is put it on a dead station and it will play... .wire free.....

obviously the downside is that you get FM quality sound....or another option is that if you go to Future shop they can install a harness in your truck which hardwires to your ipod... then the sound will be cd quality...

I've read mixed reviews on the iTrip, but the cost is more in line with what I want to spend and it's more readily available than the hard wired options.

I'll try that first, and if I don't like the sound quatilty, reception etc., return it and go hard wire.
