My Car.....what to do

I have a 2002 black on black targa 6 speed with under 70,000 kms on it, I owe approx 40,000 on it still, i know it isnt worth that much but I need to get rid of it, what is the best way I can deal with this problem?

Dress it up as fine as you can..stock where possible get it in all the mags and be patient to take the best offer, Spring is just around the corner with the best prices coming..best of luck
