Default Vin and code stamp help

It looks like my block was machined, the front pad on the passenger side has no data stamped. the casting number is 3963512, the date code is L14 9, it is a 71 LS5 4 Speed, built Sept 11, 1970. Is there somewhere to get this done,what info should be stamped be on the pad? All other casting infor is correct for heads, intake, axle,Trans etc. Any help would be appreciated.

CPH should also be stamped on the pad, refer back to the 71registry link.

The engine date code is a two symbol code cast into the block. This code is located to the right of the distributor on the top rear of the block. A typical code would look like "B1" which decodes as February 1971. The second symbol denotes the year "0" = 1970 and "1" = 1971. The first symbol denotes the month by using the alphabet as shown below:

A JAN
B FEB
C MAR
D APR
E MAY
F JUN
G JUL
H AUG
I SEP
J OCT
K NOV
L DEC

HEAD CASTING NUMBER:
The engine casting number is located to the left of the distributor on the top rear of the block.
"3946074" = 454 CID LS6 425 hp
"3993820" = 454 CID LS5 365 hp
"3973487" = 350 CID 270 hp and 330 hp LT1
