Default Wanting to add Z06 Swaybars to my 99 Coupe

I plan on adding front and rear swaybars from a Z06 to my 99 coupe. I currently have the Base FE1 suspension. Do I need to change the suspension to really feel the different of the Z06 Swaybars or will I still notice a good improvement with just the swaybars themselves?

You surely won't notice a difference at the speeds you drive !

prob. is, you keep "steppin" on the brake pedal.....

If you're doing the suspension, the sways are a great start....but you will notice a difference w/h going to Z06 shocks as well (04style valving) I had the Z51 option and I went to the hotchkiss sways and it's incredible....worth the upgrade from base suspension that's for sure.

Jas, I went with Hotchkiss and Bilstein Sport Shocks at the same time....Huge difference...even lowered its a nice ride. Not sure about the Z06 sways but its gotta be an improvement.

The Z06 sway bars will minimize your car's body roll noticeably when you’re taking hard turns in comparison to what you have now.
To further enhance your handling, the Z06 shocks will compliment your upgraded sways nicely. Go with the '02 to '03 Z06 shocks. You should be able to find them for very cheap, (under $100 for all 4) as many people have upgraded them to the '04 shocks, like I did. Ideally, if you can spend $400 dollars for the '04 Z06 shocks, go with them. I noticed a improvement in the shock's rebound control in comparison to my stock '03 Z06 shocks. I always did find the '03 shocks on the Z 'floaty'.
Now with the '04's on, I'm very content.

Thanks for the advice, I am going to go the 04' Z06 shocks and the Z06 front and rear sway bars. Will be a nice upgrade.
