Ainsley Anneka Pippy was born Sunday September 25th at 1:45am.
She tipped the scales at 5 pounds 7.5 ounces. She was approximately two weeks ahead of schedule!
Mommy and baby are doing just fine!
Lorie was feeling a little ill on Friday evening and Saturday morning so we decided to visit Oakville Trafalgar to have her and the baby checked out.
The test results showed she had developed Preeclampsia so they decided to induce her right away. (She was to the docs the day before for a routine checkup and everything was normal. It just came out of the blue)
Labor and delivery went very well and now we have a beautiful baby daughter! It was by far the most amazing experience of our lives!
What a beautiful baby...I'm sure she'll be Daddy's precious princess! Brought back so many memories. I have two of my own and wouldn't have done it any different. And for those of you that know my story, this is the reason I parked my car sixteen years ago. The best years are still ahead. Congratulations to both of you and enjoy!!!
Congrats Chris! (finally know what Chrispy means!lol)
Although I don't have any children yet, I'm still practicing...you must have practiced a lot, cuz she came out perfect...
(please try to find my compliment and sensitivity in the crudeness!! )

haha no problem
Thanks again guys, for those of you who aren't parents please consider becoming one
It is by far one of the BEST things to ever happen to me. (That and marrying my wife of course)
congrats, one of the coolest pics I ever saw posted on the forum was of a father and newborn seemingly outside working on their vette. Dad was partially under the front and the baby on all 4's with a wrench beside her.
mine are 15 (girl) and near 18 (boy) and well past the age where I can sell them on eBay - maybe for parts now. Just keep it in the back of your mind I'm sure that there are a few lawyers on this board that could help you out - newborn girl (numbers matching, no rust, dents, fluid changed on a regular basis, treated like a precious baby) man you'd get top dollar. Again just kidding and enjoy, life will never be the same and that is a great thing - toys, pets and friends cannot come close to having your own kids.
Not to hijack the thread, but here are a couple of pics of my older son, Smash, at the age of about 1 helping me during the restoration of my car. He is almost 6 now.
