Default My flame suit is on...............

I just want to throw this out in the air for consideration. I have got together a large cobalt ss meet this sunday at sherway gardens, the same place we met in the spring. Starts at 10, then we cruise to Hooters for lunch at 12 (reserved). IF anyone is interested in showing up or is in the area, just reply in this thread. I will be there personally with the vette since alot of the cobalt guys want to see a real muscle car.. LOL

No bashing please, its just an invitation.

Cheers,

Jason

Its Dyno Day, and I'm working this weekend.
I'll come by if my schedule permits.

I want to see a Cobalt up close.

I can't make it...but I must say..

those cobalt SS versions are fast. One took me at the stop sign the other day...
I was very surprised. He launched on me like crazy, I maybe got a few feet on him and then he took off after 10yards and paced me right up to my house. Although I didn't have the vette, I just couldn't catch him as he was too quick, I will remember that jog to the park for the rest of my life .

When ever I go to a restaurant, and the waitress comes over with her little name tag on one side of her blouse, I always ask what the 'other one' is called!

I dont know why you guys have so much against another american made car. It is alot of fun for a daily driver and yeah it is fast. 225 HP in such a small car, it really moves. GM has just released a Stage 1 and 2 kit for it as well. Stage 2 brings it up to 285 HP. I have a feeling alot of guys on this board would be very surprised coming up against one at the stoplight...

yes, I'm sure it's a quick car but you know we're just teasing you..it's all jokes.

Jetz, after I read your post I was dying of laughter...I was at this pita pit just last week, and this girl was talking to her friend about some "perv" that had said the EXACT same thing you just described, to her at her work(some odd restaurant name)!!lolol I can't help but think it's you, although I'm sure you're not the only one to say that line!!

On a side note, my bonneville forum I belong to will be having a get together at the 7-11 near the yonge/college area. After that we're cruising to the Brass Rail....anyone wishing to come, feel free. We do this every night, so no appointment needed!!
