During and after the Vettes for Pets poker run, several of you mentioned how you would like to come back to my neck of the woods and enjoy a cruise through the changing leaves. Well, here it is.
My wife (Sue-Anne) and I would like to invite anyone who would like to attend (ladies included) ....
As stated, the date is October 8th. This is a firm date as all other week ends (for me) are either partially or fully booked or tentatively booked already. This is the Saturday of the Thanksgiving long week end.
We'll meet at my place between 11:00 and 12:00. for coffee and whatever. I'll take you on a 2 to 3 (or more?) hour winding tour, with stops at some scenic locations.
After the cruise we'll return to my place for some conversation, bevy's and a BBQ. Hopefully, the weather cooperates and we can use the deck and patio.
I'm not about to supply the food and drink ( I don't want to get stuck with a bunch of stuff if there are no shows) so bring what you'd like to drink and bring your own meat or whatever for the Q. From hot dogs to steaks, I'll make sure there are condiments on hand for what you bring. I'll have coolers on hand for your beer.
Gentlemen ...... I'm not adverse to driving in a little wet weather, so rain or shine, if you want to cruise, I'll cruise.
Any updates, changes will be posted in this 1 thread, so if you're coming, please check back frequently.

Looks like I won't be able to make this, my wife is working that weekend, and all three of our regular babysitters are either booked or going away. Bummer. If the vette had more than two seats, I'd bring Crash & Smash (my 2 sons)! I'll be thinking of you guys when I am breaking up a fight or changing a poopy pull up!!
