Default Corvette's at Carlisle

Anyone going to this show from the Toronto or surrounding area? I want to go but am thinking it would be much nicer as a convoy?

Oh, your breaking my heart here!!!

There are about 5-6 of us that have been going for the past 9 YEARS!! and this year I have to miss it cause my niece is getting married in Vancouver that weekend...don't worry, she already knows she's out of the will!

Mike, I'll check with the guys and see what the game plan is but you're right, its a blast going down as a caravan (not in a Caravan, but AS a caravan). We usually have hand held talkies with us so we can warn the others of "bears" and cute passengers in other cars

I'll get back to you shortly...

Thanks Mo! I'm still trying to decide what to drive though? If I take the vette I won't have any room to buy goodies so there is a lot to think about here. As for your niece Mo....how about sending a Hallmark instead?

Mike, believe me, I thought about it but then I would be out of the will...check that, I'm Italian so I would be formally disowned!!

Nice invite from "twoplustwo" ..my crew usually leaves early Friday morning so you may have a couple of choices

That may be awesome. Stupidly I have not booked a hotel yet but I have never had a problem in the past. I'm not sure I want to take my ZR however. I'm thinking I'll grab something else to drive down with mor cargo room in case there is something I want to pick up. I'll keep you posted shortly if everything is a go! Thanks!

Fire me an email wjuskans@sympatico.ca if you would like to hook up.
I think we may be leaving Thursday at 6:00 am.

Let me know also if you want to book a hotel. I can't make any promises but there may be 1 room available - from a member who has backed out.

We will most likely be leaving Thursday Morning also driving our `03 AE Convertible. While there we will be parked on the "Hill" with the C5/C6 Registry.

Bishs:

I also have a 50th Ann Vert (small world). You should check in with the 50th registry. Many of the AE coupes and verts will be parked together. Makes for a great photo shoot.
Check it out...

"You should check in with the 50th registry. Many of the AE coupes and verts will be parked together. "

I have other friends that have mentioned joining the 50th Reg. We belong to 3 other groups right now.
The 50th Reg. group has been parking just below us (C5/C6 Reg. on the hill.
Hopefully we can meet up there. We should have our "Carlsburg" umbrella up.
