Anyone going to see the C6-R's at Mosport Le Mans race this year?

I am thinking about going, it would be cool to see Ron Felllows and the C6-R's in person, not to mention all the other cool race cars in the American Le Mans series. It is at Mosport on Sunday,Sept 4, which is the long weekend. Maybe this could be Septembers get together!

A $60 (before Aug. 31....$75 after that) "superticket" gets you paddock access, which means you can get up close and personal with these race cars!!

Any interest in doing this?

I am really looking forward to going this year, never been to those races. I want to get Ron Fellows to sign something for me too. Do you get the paddock access tickets? How close can you get to the cars?

Sept. 4 is a long ways away yet...
I may go if nothing else is up and seeing as Mosport is almost my neighbour and I have not been there for any road racing events yet.

you can walk through the paddock,and even check out all the cars.on saturday they have a one hour autograph session.

Do you usually go to all 3 days, or just the big race on Sunday? I live about 40 min from Mosport, we should try to hook up.

I might go this year, used to watch Jackie Stewart and the Formula 1 boys a few years back. NASCAR is coming maybe next year it is just a matter of time

I'd like to head down...maybe with a few other members from the Ottawa club (Capital Corvette Club). Doesn't one of the other clubs organize a Corvette Corral? Anyone have any info on that?

Hi Bruce, I was just checking the website Corvette Corral and I might splurge on the Corvette Corral ticket. Up close and personal sounds good, not to mention the beverages and BBQ included.
