Thank you's all the way around for the July 9th outing...
Just getting in and saw the pics from today...nice shots guys!!
Just wanted to thank the following:
- To Bruce for spearheading this one and for letting us hang at his place
- To Jason and Mike (75Rag) for spearheading the west end contigent
- To ZR-1 Mike for helping me have some fun with a little yellow Mustang
- To Mike & Mo (Little Mo) for sharing their love of Vettes and dogs with me, 2 of life's nicest, unsung pleasures
- To our 2 "Snake" friends who joined us at the Cruise
- To everyone who showed up today and let make me some new friends and getting better acquainted with the ones I already had
This Forum thing has been nothing like the expereince I had with CCO about 8 years ago...although there were many great guys in Club, unfortunately their were a lot "no so great"...too many guys hung up on "badges, block size and paint codes"...nice to be around some everyday people who just like driving their Vettes and sharing ideas about them
Looking forward to the Poker Run and subsequent events...

Hands down a great day. Hope to see everybody at the poker run Maybe up at Georgetown on Thursday if I don't go out of town for work.
Mike
See the bolt that rests against the A arms and go up through the leaf spring. To lower the front, you turn the nut counter clockwise which basically bring the leaf spring closer to the A arm.. This will be the hardest of the lowering project in that you can't have any load at all on that spring, so take the tires off and put 2 pcs. of wood under the leaf spring so you can relieve all tension.
The rear is nice and easy, you just unscrew the bolts to your desired level.
I also just want to say thanks to everyone and that it was great meeting you all. Mo- special thanks to you for helping me warm the tires a little ! Great group of people and thanks to Bruce for hosting!
