Default Shipping needed

Hello, I am in WI and looking to have my new Z06 shipped 200 miles so looking for a car transport person. Really looking for a guy with a truck and a covered trailer because not cost effective to use large carrier such as Reliable Carriers.

What is wrong with driving it and saving yourself 500 dollars? These cars are not sugar. They will not melt. I just picked up my 24 Z06 end of December in Baltimore and drove it back to Nebrska. 3000 miles on the clock when I got it home.

Perhaps your delivering dealer has a line on local transport companies that can help you out. If it were me, I'd slap some TracWrap on the high impact areas (wait for good weather) and drive it home. I did that with my R8C delivery from Bowling Green to WI and it arrived in pristine condition.

200 miles isn't too bad. Hope you get it worked out safely.

Thank you. Having car paint corrected, PPF, and ceramic coated so want to do that before it is driven. I am a particular person 😂

Agreed, I picked mine up in KC and drove it home just shy of 500 miles to MN. Just saw it in the garage and it is still shiny and intact.

Kidding aside, OP things happen during loading, unloading and while in transport as well. Weather looks good next week in WI and most of the salt will be off the roads. An easy thing for your detailer to take care of as well.

Less interested in people giving advice on what I should do and more interested in shipping contacts

For that short of distance a roll back from a local tow company might be an option for you as well

Check local moving companies where it’s at. I had my C7 transported along with my household goods last move. I watched them drive/load it into their enclosed trailer, wasn’t their first rodeo. My GS was delivered with no problems. They had handled high-end cars before. Worth a shot. Good luck.
