Eh not so much anymore on the "built better" comment. The 3lz interior is at the same level as top tier supercars. Also that 0-130 might be true for a 2024 Turbo S, but not a 2015. The Z06 will smoke it in a straight line and on track. And because of the engine, you'll smile a lot more doing it as well. With that being said, the Z06 also beats porsches around the track with the exception of the GT2RS, and is about the same speed on most tracks as GT3rs.
I have owned previous Vettes as well and the Z06 is nothing like the vettes of the past.

On the street a new Turbo S will put multiple car lengths on the Z, but I still want a Z. Of course I would love a new Turbo S, but not at the price they go for.
On the street from a dig I will beat the Z, from a roll a Z should win, but not necessarily. Both trap similar speeds in the 1/4, but my car does not feel brutal above 100mph.
From 0-100 my mildly modified Turbo S beats pretty much anything.
With that said, how often do I race, hardly ever, not worth losing my license.
I have faced a similar conflict, given lack of garage space more than money. It came down to which is your "go to car" when you feel like enjoying the car and in your case the money. I sold my Turbo S because it was fast but that was it. To many nanny's. Also, with your warranty, whatever happens down the road with the Corvette is less problematic. Is it really worth spending $40,000 when it will be necessary and probably much more.

Don't get me wrong, I've had several C6s and driven many of them, and honestly feel the C6Z/ZR1 might actually be the best front engine Corvettes ever (even over the C7 as that was a little too refined by comparison), but the C6Z is no comparison to a C8Z. I owned a 675whp supercharged '13 GS and a 730whp '12 ZR1, and drove several stock and modified C6 Z06s on mountain backroads, and all were absolutely great cars. The C8 Z06 has a way nicer interior and should feel like a nicer cruiser, but it doesn't, it always feels like a barely tamed beast. Much more so than any C6 variant I've ever driven, which were all happy to just lope along comfortably and quietly at low rpm with the exhaust closed if you wanted. The C8Z, probably due to a combination of the stiff & really firmly damped suspension, the constant exhaust sound (even in Tour), and the engine that just always wants to rev and feels like it should cruise at 3500-4000, just always feels like it's a twitch away from exploding into violence.

I think the C6Z was the most exotic engine up until the C8Z.
Still having trouble with dealers wanting HUGE mark-ups on in-stock and in-transit Z06s.
My local dealer who I bought my C8 from is looking in to ordering one in for me to my exact specs.
If they have an allocation they think it could be fairly quick from order to delivery.

Yeah, the ADM and/or wait times are crazy. I was on the Ciocca list and still several years out when I lucked into an allocation at my local dealer (at MSRP). Took right at 2 months from placing the order to getting the Z.

That is what I am hoping for, they said 8-12 weeks from order to delivery.

If you do try to give up the Porsche's, be careful on getting washed by dealer on trade in value. Might as well keep them.

It is like when you miss a 3 in basketball and the other team makes a 3 off the long rebound, turns in to a 6 point swing.

You can always private sell. You already have some great cars. Keep enjoying them if you decide to hang tight.

Looks like I got one.
It just arrived at the dealership today on the truck while I was talking to the salesman, he ran out took a video of it coming off the truck all wrapped in white and then he immediately unwrapped it and sent me pics.
Long distance deal and they are shipping and picking mine up.
Paying $10k over, but getting a fair price on my trade for the exact car I want.
I will update the done deal as soon as the paperwork is done online.

I don't know if you decided on which yet but I agree with the others with keeping the Turbo. Warranty is less important since you have a new Z06 with a full warranty but when you want a break from from the Z06, the Turbo would be the better choice. I had a 997tt which was my dream car before getting the Z06. The 2 cars are slightly redundant being open top and dsg so you can consider selling the Turbo down the road for something more different.

It has been flawless for 3&1/2 years except for a Turbo being replaced under warranty.
I always need AWD with all-seasons for the cold winters here, so the Turbo S will be great for that.
Congrats! Similar situation to what I had, dealer required trade-in of the '23 Stingray to get the C8Z at MSRP. I could have sold it for probably $5K more private party, but I would lost that in sales tax/registration credit in Nebraska. Honestly $10K is nothing to get the car you want now, figure if you waited on a list with someone like Ciocca or McMulkin for several years, there probably would have been price increases to equal that anyway.
I have videos of it coming off the truck still wrapped up and videos of it going in to be prepped.
The guy sent me many pics and vids of it just to be cool.

Haven't driven either but i'd keep the turbo. There's a satisfaction that comes with successfully modding a car and the 2015 scratches that itch. Plus there's room for more mods if you decide to up its game. Also the Z06 is high strung, and while it can be dialed down, there may be times when you just want top-down boring/low stress feel.

I had plans to add larger Turbos, but the car is fast enough as is for the way I drive.
I rarely go over 100mph, in fact rarely over 90mph, the Turbo S with the smaller Turbos is an animal from 0-100.
I wasted a Tesla P100d from a low speed roll, the guy was in shock.
