What a rollercoaster the past two months have been. Let me preface I know my rollercoaster is nothing compared to others who have been waiting for T0F/T0G, Z06 to start production, been on lists for 3+ years, etc.

But since I have come to be willing to pay an ADM as long as I found it reasonable( aka by the time I can find an MSRP deal, it would be close or equal to todays MSRP+ADM) I have been on the hunt for an allocation. I was not going to accept an in stock unit. Thought I had an allocation back in December, but the availability of aero made it to go to someone else. Thought I found an allocation from this round, but same situation. Availability of aero means it went to someone else. I have been excited, disappointed, excited, to back to disappointed.

Well about two hours ago a sales person posted that they had someone back out of their allocation and needed it be filled by tonight. We worked out a deal and boom! Got it. Only sacrifice is R8C delivery. Small dealer and they weren't comfortable/unsure on the process. Was willing to sacrifice it because the dealer is only 1.5 hours away from me so I won't have to ship it. So that lucked out and saved $3,500( R8C+Air fare+hotel+rental car+shipping car home).

Just to make sure the dealer wasn't fooling me, put the order number into chevy chat and says accepted by GM.

T0F/T0G being available these past two rounds cost me the allocations as they went to people holding out for the aero. But, I do not want the aero.

Good for you. THats my exact Spec I am looking at doing .WEll maybe add some CArbon flash exterior level 1. Would like the front black spoiler lip.

I am on a few lists but it is such a roller coaster. Dealers saying yes here is a allocation and then crickets.... Very very frusterated!!! All still have a MA.

Congrats. Looks like I wait for next month's allocations. My dealer did not get one for Jan. I'm still next it's just a matter of what month that happens.

I was able to order a Z07 package on the January 25 allocation but it may never get built 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was able to order the car with T0F/T0G if I wanted to ( full Z07 is a no go due to tires and stiffer suspension), but didn't want to shell out the money for it nor am I sold on the looks of the car with it.

But congrats! You'll get it if your order is at 2000. GM commits to build it at that point.

I agree with you 100% on the looks. I was on the fence on the Z07. I do track the car but not seriously. I decided to go Z07 because I'm paying a $5k ADM so, I thought it made more sense to go for it since I have the opportunity.
