I have misaligned panels off my front bumper. It’s common. Look closely at the gaps between all panels.

I had paint flaw on front lower panel below the grill. Also discolouration on one of the seats.
Dealer fixed both pre-delivery.

You'll be surprised what your eyes will miss just walking around. What I do first thing when I get my C8 home is grab a bottle of detail spray and wipe down the whole car this forces you to look at every square inch. Look at body panel fit as the same time.
