I know there's a lot of chrome haters out there, (I'm not one of them), but these are going to look fantastic! Got me thinking now. Did the seller just provide shipping labels or boxes as well for the trip there?

Thanks all, I will post pics on Sunday when the tires are mounted. Have a mobile guy coming to the house.

The plan is taking the stock PS4's off the factory titanium wheels and putting a set of CUP 2R's on them
PS4's will be mounted on the chromes and put on the car. Hoping it looks like I think it will.
Also played with my TE37's (track focused 20" wheel/tire set I picked up) on the car for a few days - really testing out colors / styles.....

He provided just labels for the trip to them, I had to come up with boxes. He did use his boxes for the trip back (which were way better than what I came up with)

I went for a black ice (black chrome) finish. Good luck.

Default Crome wheels

Here is a picture of my white 2012 ZR1 with stock wheels. I would love the same chrome wheels for my C8 ZO6. Anyone know of a company making these at this time?

@jdZR1 ^^^ Aerolarri Apex wheels are pretty close. They have one or two other designs with lots of spokes that might appeal to you too.

I believe they can do real chrome and they certainly can do PVD chrome or a high polish wheel with a clear coat.

First chrome wheels and now a JDM set? What an instigator!

I wanted to apologize for the delay in pics. We have had some weather issues in Nor Cal but I finally had the tires mounted to the chrome wheels. Super excited, I got home and went to put them on, but the wheels (now with PVD bright coating) no longer fit over the centering ring on the hub. Logic says because the PVD coating is adding thickness so the hub of the wheel of course, but before I grind it down to put them on I did write wheelexchange to see how they suggest I handle. Anyhow, they are here and ready to be installed, just taking my time and not pulling out the Dremel before I hear back from them. More updates and pics soon!

Sanding the center hubs with 80 grit to remove over spray from the PVD process only took a couple minutes. Popped em right on and just got back from doing a few pics (in the sun lol)

Here it is all done, very happy with it.

Glad you got the issue remedied. Maybe get the chrome front and rear deck lid badges to match the wheels? Don't think they make a chrome Z06 badge for the quarter panel, or is that also part of the chrome badge package?

I'm not a huge chrome fan but those wheels look sharp on an ELB Corvette.

I have PVD chrome. There is a noticeable difference between it and chrome plated. Hard to find chrome plated today

Yes, we can for sure chrome your existing wheels! We can chrome your wheels for $749 for the set. We can also provide shipping labels for $339 round trip.

We do ask for you to remove your tires, center caps, and sensors prior to sending the wheels in.

We do not have any pictures of our chrome wheels on a Z06 at this point, but I do have a few good pictures of our chrome wheels on the stingray models that I have attached.

Let me know if you have any additional questions. If you'd like to move forward, let me know your address, and I will send you a payment link and shipping labels!

Thank you,
The Wheel Exchange

I sent a second set I had in - it was a total of 10 days from when I shipped them from California until they were marked shipped coming back my way.
