2024 Z06 problems before I even pick it up

Courtesy delivery sucks for this exact reason, they have zero incentive to move the car or go above & beyond to satisfy you as a customer... I made the mistake of using a CD with my C7 and it took over a week after unloading from the truck to actually be able to pick the car up. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy right now, they're aware you live hours away and likely never see business from you in the future. You already own the car and have taken delivery of it in the eyes of Chevrolet, so if you don't trust this CD dealer and have a better relationship with one locally, I'd absolutely go get the car and take it somewhere else for warranty repair.

Just got off phone with Cheverolet Customer Care. Case opened. Going to give the courtesy dealer today to figure it out if not going to pick it up this weekend
Thanks for all of your thoughts and suggestions

I hope you get everything squared away to your satisfaction. I'm also doing a CD with my local dealer. Fortunately I have a good rapport with this dealer and have purchased vehicles from them before. Good luck to you.

It's a wrap. You own it? Go get it take it home and deal with it locally.
No matter the outcome either the car will be good or you will be made whole.
Learn the lemon law in your state if it applies or where you purchased it and if the car is down? Call 1800 my lemon and it costs you zero.
Thats worst case.
The car is worth the hassle. I'm on my 3rd new Z06 in last 7yrs. The prior ones are nothing but a bump in the road to this amazing vehicle.
Go get it and please let us know how it goes. We are all brothers and sisters here.

My pickup went great yesterday. What a car!! Put 100 miles on it. I'll have 500 very quickly. The sound, handling and power are at a very different planet than the Stingray. I've always had Z06's. Feels SO GOOD to be back in one.

I’ve been really pissed off and have not mentioned the Florida dealership. When I found out this am I couldn’t pick it up they said they would call me back in 10-15 minute to “figure something out”. 3 hours later nothing I had to call them and that’s when I got the confirmation of nobody can deliver the car to me without her.

Reminds me of an old school teacher that said "Can't means won't", they can deliver it, they are choosing not to. So if it was some celebrity or dignitary they would say the same thing? I think we both know the answer.

Totally unacceptable. If it was me, I would make it so unpleasant for them to not deliver the car that they couldn't wait to get it to me. And let me guess: during the time this is going on, your new car sits outside in the full sun. I'd be f'n furious.

CD emailed me this morning saying the tech found a fuel sensor was bad and ordered one Friday. Waiting on a call or email back regarding when they will receive and install the sensor. SO … looks like I’ll let them fix the car depending on when they say it will be completed

Two hour ride is nothing
id drive up and see the car if You have the time
That’s what I would do.
I sadly have my reservations about all brands of car dealers in this tight market
check the mileage on the car at delivery too
im sure I’m wrong

2 hour ride is nothing if you don't work or have kids...
Sucks to hear your issues @OP. I hope you get this resolved asap.

Dealer called yesterday saying the got the part in but have no idea when they could install. Along with it’s a major job.
Today Cheverolet customer service called and verified the dealer has the part. A fuel rail pressure sensor was bad.
This sux anyone know how long the job really takes ?
