Still required to sign 6-month no-sell on 2024?

Looking closer this pic is from when there was a 12 month time limit, but that changed to 6. Form I signed says 6.

If your car is a MY24 and the form you signed explicitly says MY23 it's legality is questionable.

Either way I don’t care as I’m not selling the car any time soon.

When I bought my eray I was never presented this document
in this case, is there any way for this to be enforceable?
Is this even still valid or did GM go away from this?

I didn't sign anything for the Z06 I got last week.

Does it matter whether you signed anything or not? Isn't the warranty still non-transferable if you don't comply?

I was presented with the form to sign and did. Love my car so who cares?

Just curious if this is still in place, the "if you sell within 6 months you are blacklisted and the car gets no warranty to the next owner"?
Doesn't seem to make sense if the ADM's are going down AND the new buyers are NOT receiving the $5K incentive.
On a side note, I always wondered if someone bought a Z06 and had a legit reason for having to sell (IE, health issue, moving out of country, or something that could not have been foreseen) if they would still be subject to the stipulations by Chevy (the "no warranty" could greatly reduce the chance of selling for a fair price or could cause the seller to lose a ton of money).

I posted this info on my thread with some updates to what I heard from the GM rep and the dealership as part of a 4-party conference call. There are currently three vehicles the 6-month timeframe applied too, Z06, Hummer, Caddy Esc V. Because of the things you stated, they will be lifting the warranty being voided within 6 months soon. They didn't say when, but likely this year.

If you sell it to someone without disclosing the possible warranty issue and they subsequently find out there is no warranty on the car you could end up in court.

Since GM ended the $5k rebate "carrot", they can take their unenforceable warranty threat "stick" and choke themselves with it, especially after enabling the dealers to price gouge for the last 4 months of 2023MY with only building "dealer stock " orders.
It effectively raised the price that buyers have to pay $10k overnight, for the same car, when combined with the price increase. GM is turning lifelong loyal buyers like me into bitter enemies that hate them.

Not only did I sign it for my 24 Z06, but also had an addendum from my dealer that says I have to pay them $25K if i sell it before its 6 month birthday since I was purchasing at MSRP. Fair enough to me, as I'm not flipping or selling anyway.
