I meet my Z06 tomorrow
I meet the delivery at my home of the Z06 in the morning and the next day (Saturday) either accept the Hypersonic Grey or cover the car in Green (close the Porsche GT3RS Green) and carbon fiber wrap.
Not that the world is interested, but I will make the decision the same day I get the car but my inclination is to wrap and if I don't like it unwrap, given there is about a $1200 difference with 3m clear bra's and the entire car be wrapped. It seems less economical to pay for 3m and change my mind spending about $3,000 to wrap OVER the 3m. Had a few moments, thought I would share. I guess my personal frustration is the limited color choices accompanying the Z06. Keep you posted with pictures soon. Thanks for listening, now have something to do, like eating dinner.

Most people will drive right past it and never even look at the car in Grey. Life today is generally colorless and bland...even the sky is reflective of the depression.
Have it wrapped first....
What a great color!

Porsche has some great greens. I love Jet Green. I say wrap it! GM needs to offer an equivalent to Jet Green/Forest Green, Signal Green and even an Acid or Light Green.

I had hypersonic on my first build but changed it before I submitted it.
I feel like it’s not wow enough for me.
a Porsche green on our cars will look AMAZING.

Ok. Just had the car delivered and tomorrow either wrap or basic protection and tint or?
My wife thinks the car is "beautiful". S00000, any women, young ladies, seeing this. Do you agree? Could be a man vs woman perception issue.
I am attaching picture of the car and also two wraps I like.
My wife says, as a "compromise", why not put a green stripe between the black stripes and maybe a line on the mirrors and rocker panels.
Curious what the audience out there thinks.

A bright green wrap looks great on these cars. I do like the hypersonic grey color, but I think these cars just need something bolder.
Some bright green stripes added to a hypersonic grey car is going to look a bit tacky to me, I wouldn't go that route. But easy and cheap enough to try out and see if you like it.
Whatever wrap is on that BMW in the last pic is a hard pass for me.

I like your Z06 as is. However, I think a green wrap would make it different and stand out. A nice problem to have, enjoy her at any color.

Car looks amazing but the green will be better on these cars. And I’m not a fan of green at all.

I loved with a shark gray C7Z for 3 yrs and it was a beautiful car but on in the right lighting. That gray is the same.
Wrap it.
The gray is just gray.

I have spent today getting used to the car, driving 50 miles and viewing it in different locations at different times.
My decision is tint the windows and leave it alone. Can always wrap it any time, so nothing to lose except spending money on expel in the meantime.
Thanks for input.
Have not had a chance to "experience" the car yet. Inside, I like the carbon fiber/stealth combination and I had considered carbon fiber for all black areas, but painted carbon fiber (which is all I could order) looks good to me. I usually choose red calipers with my black or other cars, but chose the dark grey with this. The calipers blend into the wheels which allows for an "undisturbed" contrast between the car color and wheels. As for power, have no idea. At the moment it feels much like my C8 Z51 probably because torque numbers are about the same. As I look at the car in its present configuration, I cannot see anything I would have change (presuming this is the color I want to live with).
