Great vid! You should really try swapping out the taller wickers for the low profile wickers next time you run in really low DA and see if it makes any difference.

Great video, a few things are you staging the car in the same spot every time? In relation to the beams to make sure that 60' time is accurate if not creep in very slow and just light that 2nd bulb were it just flickers on, this is called shallow staging. I think you want a 1/2 rotation of tire at the hit with this car as for the low torque it has to the weight it weighs it needs that initial wheel speed rather than dead hook. I have been running tracks on the west coast since '98 with a 9.0 second Challenger and '68 Road Runner so be careful this is VERY addicting! Here is the RR at Famoso a few years back. 10.30's on pump gas at 131. Looking forward to getting ours Z06 out there next year up here at Sonoma Raceway. Again FUN video to watch!

That 134 trap speed is quite impressive as well!

That's very impressive, well done! For comparison sake, what did the C6 ZR1 normally trap? Not the one off traps but on average.

The C8 Z06 is all set for fast starts with the 5.56 rear gearing. Never has rear gear been that low! Great for the drags.
