Default Bowling Green today

This camo Z06 was parked outside my hotel in Bowling Green today. It along with 5 Z06s were all backed into my hotel.

Also, understand that the procurement for tooling and associated equipment etc., didn't happen when that announcement was made. That's when the information pool went critical and got un manageable from a secrecy aspect because of the number of involved vendors and employees and at that point it grows exponentially. So you get out in front of it and let everyone know what the general plan is. These plants will be producing engines much earlier than most expect. One particular engine plant should be up this year making Gen6's.

Based on the angle of the halogen liquid friction rings, its definitely a GrandSport Mule

Default Bowling Green Z06 camo mule

In Bowling Green for hot laps with a Z06. Walked out of hotel to these 5 Z06s parked in back row. Camo car is rumored to be a Grand Sport test mule.

And no pics of the interior, rear/exhaust, etc.? Anything that may indicate what it is.

Let's say it is a GS. Since a GS typically has the Z06 bodywork, I'm not sure why they would camo it.

Did you by chance take more pictures? The big give away would be the wide body with non-central exhaust.

take a pic under the car, exhaust, front radiators, rear window vents, etc......

I can't believe people see these cars and just take a 20 foot pic and speculate.

It's not a GS.

They were spotted in Lawrenceburg, IN earlier this week. The camo car was wearing test pipes coming out of the center exhaust and there was a quick video filmed of the cars as well, but the guy that captured it wasn't a Corvette guy and didn't know what to look for.

I believe these to be 2024 preproduction models based on the vin stickers on the windshield. All look to be Z06s and the red car has the corner-mounted exhaust which you can see in the photo below.

Vin would have the engine digit making it easy to KNOW if it was anything different. Sad people still miss that the VIN is the most important part to photograph.

Arrgggghhh!

Please capture the vin numbers of any test cars seen!!!
