GM, giving Speed Phenom first should dispel all the rumors about the C8Z.
he is going to beat the snot out of this car and keep it basically stock.
he will track it all over the place.

These poll choices are awful. No, I don't care that a 'YouTuber' got their C8Z first. He's an enthusiast just like the rest of us. Latest post says he's already driven 2000 miles in it which is more than half this forum will drive theirs before selling.

I do think it is annoying because he just made a video about trying to get on a MSRP list after hundreds or even thousands of us were already on a list. It would have annoyed me less if he would have had to pay for that right to skip to the front of a line. But nope, he paid MSRP and got to skip everyone else. Many of which I am sure have been a corvette fan/ enthusiast for longer than he has even been alive. So yea, that is a slap in the face to all of us who have been patiently waiting and were on a list long before it was even announced. It is the principal of the matter.

He’s the only C8 centric YouTuber who will actually track the car and promote the car for what it was actually designed to do. Perhaps GM saw more value in that than other more popular YouTubers… you can only rev the engine and giggle so much.

What difference does it make? Apparently they were high on the list. I have friends that I thought would be no.1 or high on the list and they are top loyal customers. GM didn't pick these people to be the first ones to receive the first Z06. Having said that, anyone that is at the top of the list are very fortunate and lucky regardless of their status.
