C8 Z06 Gets Delivered!

Congratulations to our friend, John Mullane, who had C8 Z06 #6 delivered to him today at Dale Willey Automotive in Lawrence, Kansas. Our friend from the CORVETTE TODAY podcast and YouTube show, Steve Garrett, was on hand when John took delivery of the new car!

This Elkhart Lake Blue Z06 looks beautiful with it’s Sky Cool Gray interior and Stealth Package. John had a long drive home, but was glad to see that the Novistretch Mask fit on the Z06 with no problem (this mask is made for the C8 Stingray).

Steve was able to get a bunch of pictures for us including the cold start-up! John was kind enough to let Steve get behind the wheel and drive the Z06 around the block. Steve says the engine sounds like nothing you’ve ever heard before from Corvette….simply amazing!

Congratulations to John on the delivery of Z06 #6!

THat gray interior is always going to be fugly & will not age well.

Also, I am guessing that mesh bra is just for a base model & happens to fit

Yes, you can order the high wing and aero package for $9K+ that is required with the Z07 option.

Along with the $8k CCBs, which makes the big aero expensive as hell if you weren't already planning on CCBs.

Nice to see people are finally beginning to get some amazing Z06s. Elkhart Blue looks amazing on a Z06. 👍👍

If I was the sales manager of that dealership I would've delivered that car up front with a big celebration, not behind that ugly building.

There are better pics, we were parked by the service department where they installed my Novistretch bra.

Congratulations, John! I saw this on Facebook first (in the Podcast group) - I'm so happy to see this! I'm in the Kansas City area - how in the world did you happen upon the dealer in Lawrence to provide this allocation and get it so quickly, especially living out of state?

In any case, you look happy - how was the drive back home? Anxious to hear reports!

Its $17K+ to not get that spoiler. The majority of them on the road will have the low wing base spoiler. I like the high wing too, but not everyone can throw down ridiculous money to get the aggressive aero.
