I got on that list before my last C7Z was even built. I saw the C8 reveal and a huge jump over a base corvette but Mike told me wait. Get on the next higher performing variant list and enjoy the new C7Z for now. He knows the driving I like to do and coming from higher hp cars the C8 although plenty fast for some not enough to fill my needs.

I've purchased two C7 Z06's from Mike. My first 2 new corvettes. My close friends have purchased their C7 Z06's from Mike.

He is fantastic. Worth the 3.5hr drive for me and I'm 45 minutes from Ciocca aka Kerbeck. Like dealing in two different worlds. Corporate conglomerate and mom/pop..

I am very grateful I listened to him and I am so high up on that list I feel like a kid nearing Christmas... so close.

Thanks for replies. This will not be my first Corvette with Mike and I know he knows what he is doing.
However my question is if anyone on the Z06 list has been contacted for a Z06 downstroke yet?

make sure you do go with Mike if your going to use Criswell. I blind called on my C7( got a smoking deal) but they shunted me from a salesmen to a trainee or newbee salesmen and it was just awful. Waited around for about 5-6 hours to pick it up just a comedy of errors. This time I went with Mike.

I have dealt with Criswell... I bought my 2016 from them, and have a 2022 Z51 at 3000... they do their job, and when its done, its done, but they don't job you... when I got my allocation, I got 1 week to submit my order, and its in... they are very professional, if you want a car, they will do it... if you want to have your ego stroked, go somewhere else.

A buddy of mine put his name on the C8Z list as soon as the C8 was announced and has not heard anything from Mike.

My guess is he'll start taking hard deposits when GM announces when dealers can start submitting orders.

Mike will definitely call those first on his list as soon as he has too. No doubt about that. If he hasn’t called yet it’s because he has nothing to tell you and no need for a deposit yet.

There’s some differences apparently on who you deal with there. Mike from what I know doesn’t take any deposits to hold a place in line but it seems other salesman there do. Mike only takes a deposit when it’s very close to specing and ordering a car for you and it’s your turn. At least that’s always been my understanding of how he does it. That’s basically what he told on the phone July 2020 when I called and got on the z06 list. He takes all your info and cc info but specifically says he won’t charge the card until the time comes and he will call/email you first.

He has my CC info and said to chill until its my turn whenever that will be in 2023, hopefully.
He seems a straight forward car guy, he seems like a fun guy to take along to the Ring and Spa :-)
