Check out this vid and time it from stop to top of 3rd - no doubt they are pushing it as hard as it will go. It's just over 7 seconds to top of 3rd which should be 90 something miles per hour - that's not that fast at all.

Sounds great. Other than a slight difference due to the larger fpc engine the sound is similar to the fpc engine in my 2019 GT350, except for slightly less sound due to longer exhaust system.
Looking forward to the nasties that have always been on this "hobby" site, one that theoretically exists for fun things. Unfortunately a naiive description as to what it should be, but factual.
To minimize the avalanche of heresy comments I still love my C7 Z06 and 1968 IMSA TransAm L88 race car (awarded top qualifying top speed record, Daytona - 1973 at 222 mph - quite a few race cars the, and now, cannot reach that speed. A car with an iron and flexible chassis, and without fuel injection).

I've said it in other posts - I think a lot of people are going to be upset with the straight line speed of the Z - from what I see this isn't going to be an awfully powerful car. Well handling for track yes, powerful no.

The GT4 up top is where it should lay down where a car with substantially more hp should dominate. That was a very slow walk. This is assuming though the Z was giving it's all. I do further back that it's not that quick with the other video where they launch it and seem to stand on it through the first 3 gears. Assumptions are made but even if that is 0-100 - not impressive again assuming they are pushing the Z. Trust me - I hope it's fast as hell - I'm on the list and have been for quite some time but I also want to be realistic - straight line it doesn't seem like it will be that fast. Hopefully I am wrong

One thing I'll tell you- that's NOT a 300, 350, 400hp difference. I think the low 600s rumors are true for that car.
