I picked #3, waiting to see the Z06. I had and still am planned on getting a 1st year pretty much no matter what but now until I know if it's NA vs FI I may wait just a sec and see what we get. I say that because of a few scenarios actually.
1. If it's NA with 600ish that's gonna make it harder and more costly to mod.
2. I have an issue with pretty much any car having less HP than it's predecessor, even if it's technically faster. I don't care if it's 5 or 10 more, it should have more, never less.
3. If the above happens and I wait for the ZR1 to fulfill the need of boost, then there will be the issue of price. The old one was 120k to 150k so if the new one is hypothetically 130k to 160k that may be hard for me to swallow personally. If it has the performance to warrant it then sure but that price is getting towards exotic car prices so at that point why not just get an exotic.
Honestly I will still probably get it regardless but I will be very disappointed if it indeed turns out to be NA.....

Sold my c7 ZO6/ZO7, waiting to order new C8 ZO6 when that begins... No.1 on my dealers list, who sell about 100 corvettes a year. I m guessing they will get 10 or 12 new ZO6s... thinking triple black as I am mot much in favor of any of the current colors other than the new silver, MAYBE. Sure would like to see night race blue again, or a version of it, or maybe cyber gray like my ‘09 ZO6 .... with the gray spider wheels. Sweet combo imo.

But as we're getting closer, i'm getting excited lol. I hope what i been asking for for the past couple of months come true!!
One article i saw that GM will be producing the most powerful NA V8 in the world in a production car. Of course it's all speculations but imagine??? Please GM!

Or just how much people are willing to spend on a car. Not everyone has $80-140k to spend on a car. No doubt the base is good but that won't determine stepping up to a better model.

Ideally I plan to get the new Z then probably upgrade to the ZR1 if its "that" much better which its sounds like it might be. (TT Forced Induction)
Luckily, my C7Z is more than enough fun to hold me over but the anticipation is killing me.

Need option keeping C8 Stingray and also buying Z06...
We love the stingray so we will keep it and also get the Z06 in the meanest config possible. Will use the Stingray as daily, the Z06 for the special drives.

Hmm. Hadn't thought of this. Don't care either way, but I think it will be noticable in person. This one's about the drivin' and not the stylin' for me. The look is icing on the cake.

As my username says, I have had 3 Vettes. Good shot at getting a 2023 Z thanks to my place on Ciocca list.

2020 C8 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
Why would people who have no interest in a C8 of any kind be looking at this forum? Weird. I have no interest in playing a Bugle. Why would I visit a site for Buglers?
Anyway-- I'm replacing my C8 HTC with a better C8 HTC.

I wish they wouldn't have made the Z06 exhaust tips centered and side by side. Looks like a trumpet. Not a fan of that styling at all.

Have a 2020 C8 and ordering another C8 this time a 2023 Convertible and will figure out which I like more and then sell that car and get that model in a Z06. Well unless I get a GT4RS slot and then will not get the 2023 and just wait for the Z06.
