Yes, they are probably not running the 2005-2007 C6 LS2 engine, perhaps not the C8 LT2 engine either with that center exhaust, nice deep sound though.

Certainly no low rumble. Would have been nice if he would have filmed longer and with his trap shut.

Ya I mean he could have filmed longer they were out in public. If the driver don’t want him filming he would have just left. 12 second clip makes no sense. Unless this was a planned gm release? lol possible I guess?

Here is a second vid from the same guy with a walk around and then the car takes off (with little drama or noise). Hopefully we get better videos shortly.

Is that the same spot from earlier this years infamous video where the z06 goes around the bend up in the mountains where we can clearly hear a fpc stretch its legs a bit? Looks very similar.

Hate to say it, but someone has to. This vehicle is a long way off from production status whatever it is. In fact, i would say its in the endurance testing phase. Dont expect to see it with ANYTHING but heavy camo for some time. I dont know why anyone is speculating at this stage because the Stingray is literally the HOTTEST sports car in North America bar none. Dont forget that it was more than a year after watching a light camoed C8 at the Nurburgring be unveiled, and two years after high altitude testing sightings. A lot can change in that time.
