* IN STOCK * WEAPON-X C8 5VM Style Aero Kits - Carbon Forged, Fiber, & Flash!

WEAPON-X Motorsports releases their highly anticipated OEM Style 5XM C8 Corvette Carbon Fiber Aero Package and have sets in stock ready to ship including Forged Carbon!

WEAPON-X Motorsports releases it's latest OEM matching 2:2 twill Carbon Fiber aero kits for Chevrolet's latest release, the highly heralded mid-engine C8 Corvette! This is just the stage one release of their LPO 5VM style kit, which are similar to the OEM splitter and rockers. This 5VM kit has been removed from all of the 2020 and 2021 orders, thus leaving a lot of new C8 Corvette owners taking delivery of their American supercar without the options they had desired.

WEAPON-X's 5XM Carbon Fiber Aero Kit has a variety of options as well, from standard Carbon Fiber to Colored Kevlar, to the highly exotic supercar adorned CARBON FORGED! Their aero kit is engineered and manufactured to withstand C8 Corvette top speeds from street to track use! Unlike most carbon fiber manufaturers, WEAPON-X parts are manufactured in the USA, which reduces drastic lead times and poor quality control. The parts are manufactured from OE grade lightweight 3K twill Carbon Fiber pre-preg, for a precise weave pattern. After each is coated in a UV protective clear coat and then hand polished for a beautiful deep finish. In addition, installation is easy and includes the required hardware and double sided adhesive, exactly like the OEM kit.

The WEAPON-X 5XM aero kit includes the splitter and a pair of side rockers, hardware and adhesive tape, as well as instructions and a video online making installation in your garage simple with the proper tools. The suggested retail price starts $3,300, but our 10% off intro pricing is $2,999! This is just the start of the WEAPON-X C8 Aero line, stay tuned for more OEM parts offered in Carbon Fiber as well as our new splitters, rockers, diffusers, spoilers, widebody kit and more!

What is the shipping ETA? I ordered mine on Nov 29th. Looks like shipping label was created but per UPS item is still not ready to be shipped.

I called your main number and the mailbox for order inquiries (option 2) is full.

@Vika123 Any communications from weapon-x? I was considering ordering from them but if they won't answer the phones, a mailbox that is full and won't respond to emails, certainly cause for deciding to not choose them.

@Ben@WeaponX Any reason to think I should have confidence in ordering from you guys?

absolutely, the customer has not been ignored, in fact he’s been given multiple updates from email, phone, and me personally on fb as well. While I understand he expected it to ship sooner and I sure did too LOL, excuses aside our box supplier delivered the wrong size, ordered boxes from somewhere else in an attempt to be quicker, those were unacceptable, and we had to wait on the others. That being said, I believe all orders have shipped out now so onward and upward!

Thanks for the reply. I had another question. I noticed the painted spoiler is $200 less than the Carbon Fiber. If its painted carbon fiber, why the discount? Different process if it is painted?

I've ordered c/f parts in the past from WeaponX for my C7 and was very happy with the quality of the parts. Yes, sometimes it takes longer than we've become accustomed to in this 'order tonight, get it in the morning' life, but some things are worth the wait. I do intend to order some C8 parts from them in the future.

@IdRatherBGolfing Sorry Just noticed this. It took several weeks of back and forth plus some random excuses. They kept saying they were waiting for shipping boxes. The item was shipped from CA (not from their location on OH). and it was shipped in some random 2 piece lowes shipping box ducted. The styrofoam inside was probably from some old packaging, very dirty and various colors. Styrofoam were in pieces in the bottom of the box and the item was just taped inside to the shipping box.

I suspect they drop shipped it from extreme online. Extreme online has the same item for $499 while I paid WeaponX $799.

Their email responses are very random. I finally got hold off someone on facebook (guy said he works in sale department but i have doubts. It is probably the owner) who seemed more responsive.
After I placed the order and weeks into it, i googled them and read all the negative reviews. I even called my credit card company and gave them a heads up.

Umm, no. While I rarely say much about impatient customers, your version of this is comical. We’ve sold hundreds of kits at this point and yes there was a box delay up front, but to read this BS is just appalling.

We ship over 10k orders a year, worldwide, but tragically with that volume, we do run into “that customer” who is impatient, lies, or steals etc. I have a dozen lawsuits from 2020 alone with nearly $100k in inventory from scam artists who received large orders (accurate and without delay), and called their credit card companies and filed some BS chargeback and kept the parts AND the money returned by their credit card company without any proof of returning the items... And guess what, every one of them made some BS claim online to validate their chargeback. It’s a scam, and I drag every one of their asses to court, whether it be $100 or the max, which is $15k presently.

First off, it took 15 business days to ship it out. I think most C8 owners would love to have gotten their aero shipped in 15 biz days vs what the competition has apparently delivered.

Secondly, yes there was a box delay, first they sent the wrong boxes, then the boxes were delivered to my shop vs the mfgr out west.

Third, were given REPEATED multiple repeated updates, aside from Orders@, two of them were me personally on other platforms, asking the same thing after you were replied to. We don’t take calls for updates because one our warehouse Mgr is deaf first off and emails can be assigned tickets and be tracked. “Some guys” will not get the answer the want, and just hit up another avenue to try to get a diff answer, saying the same thing to us that no one will answer them. 🙄 The problem is NOT being updated, it’s simple impatience.

Astounds me you’d bring that racket in my own thread, because I’ll set it straight. You were given repeated updates as 15 biz days to ship is not bad and we do not use that EOS FRP crap. That Chinese junk company knocked off another CTS V splitter design identically and when I say that, I mean the crooks ordered a splitter, shipped it to their shop, and made a mold out of it. Their products are cheap heavy trash and are known for less than sub par quality, but you get what you pay for.

I had a feeling after I gave you the second same update and you said no one was responding that I should’ve kicked your order. Regardless, we will never do business again because this is just ridiculous.

Sorry. All of a sudden now you are responsive because your company is being called out. You call delays in shipment and lack of response from your side as impatient customer?
And no it didnt take 15 days to ship it out. It took 10 days to send a notification to UPS ("Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet" )package was never ready. We went back and forth several times, FB messager chat was different response and email (delayed) response was different.

On Dec 14th I got an email after asking for updates "Finally got to the bottom of this. This has not shipped out yet. There was a problem with the boxes and them being sturdy enough. We ordered custom boxes but there was a delay. He should be getting it out in the next few days. As soon as he does I will email you." and 10 days later, the shipment shows up duct taped in Lowes cardboard boxes.

If you really are running a business, Listen to your customers!!! I guess you need to fix the phone first because no one answers the phone & mailbox is full. Why would any reputable business not answer their phone or clean up their mailbox unless.....?

Just search corvette forums and you will see the complaints or BBB.

Forum members will provide feedback to each other. There is nothing in it for me to provide a bad review if the service was good. There are forum members complaining about slow shipping, bad services for years on this forum. Quit being in denial.
