Selling my 2020 C-8 tomorrow to a private buyer (getting a new Z06) & was wondering if it is expected to include the C8 welcome gift/cast car to the new owner? My wife says keep it, looking for thoughts or what others have kept or included in the sale?

I received my cast model a month ago. Honestly, it’s not a big deal to me. When I sell my 24 stingray, the model goes with it.

When I recently bought my 2021 the guy gave it to me and it made me so happy...when I sell mine in a few years for a z06 I will absolutely give it to the next buyer.

Such a cool thing to do and a great way to pass the good vibes from the car on..

I always give buyers everything (window stickers, build sheets, maintenance records speed models, dealer brochures, etc) associated with the car as I feel it's the right thing to do and they always appreciate it.
What would you want with the speed model for a C8 you no longer own? Besides you will be getting another with your Z06.

If I’m trading it in at a dealership, then probably no. If I’m selling it to a private buyer, then I would probably include it.

Listing for Speed models on eBay are that and only that. A listed price, but no offers. So no buyers. 30K a year for the last 5 years, they aren't rare. Ours goes with the car. If I can find it.

When we bought a 1992 Ford Taurus station wagon, the dealer sent us a small tree which is now a large tree. If we still had the car and were selling it, I would not include the agriculture...

I don't even know where mine is exactly.... don't care. I would look for it and give it to the buyer if it were me. They are the stupidest looking thing related to a C8 IMO.
