Yep, sunglasses will make it disappear, as well as the HUD, since that's also a reflection...

I have 3LZ natural dipped and have never ever noticed a reflection. I do always wear polarized sunglasses.

By cutting glare, polarized glasses IMPROVE your vision, not obstruct it. They also help protect your eyes from UV.

Nope. I can see my HUD just fine with the several different pairs of polarized sunglasses I own. No problem seeing the polarized LCD displays in the car, either.

Funny - I have the Natural Dipped interior and the reflection really got my attention when I sat in the car for the first time. Put on polarized sunglasses which reduced it a lot and then within minutes my brain compensated for it. The car I had at Ron Fellows had a black interior and I noticed the reflection the moment I got in the car the first time, but again after a few minutes it was no longer an issue.

Same here, two town natural dipped and black, the "boomerangs" are on the windshield but I don't notice them when driving. Hopefully they don't continue to drive you crazy, you adjust and keep driving and smiling.

This is the hockey sticks covered with tent repair tape after 9 months.
The tape was not sticky when first installed so questioned if it would last.
Answer is no. It does remove the white reflections but looks like crap.

I cut some pieces to shape from a textured heavy paper from a craft store, tucked them in so they covered the colored stripe.

Default It’s disappointing to have to deal with it…

Yet it is what it is. it’s beating a dead horse alright.

First time I got in my car last week I found it quite annoying, disturbed by it. In fact as much as I like the vehicle I’m contemplating selling the car ☠️

Shame. So be it, situation I knew nothing about prior to, now I know 😔

Good day

I have the tent repair tape on mine for 3 years and it still looks like when I installed it; no wrinkles and still looks smooth. I wonder if more frequent exposure to heat did that to yours?
To the OP - this is what I did to reduce the reflections. For me, it was for reducing the reflections in the PDR videos, so polarized sunglasses weren't the solution.

I wish someone made a cheaper, non-carbon version of these in matte black. Carbon fiber is still reflective:

UV should not penetrate the the windshield so no need to worry about inside the car UV issues. There was a class action lawsuit in regard to dash reflection in a Carrera I once had -owners rec'd a coupon to get polarized Carrera sunglasses

Yet note how you still see the reflections. They are just black now. I have a black and red interior and noticed the reflections on the drive home. Within a day it was a non issue. I do wear polarized sun glasses and don't go out without them.

Agreed - I'm on my 2nd natural dipped and your brain will compensate unless you force yourself to focus on it.

I'm pondering removing those pieces and wrapping them, or painting, or dying them. Here is a video of how to remove them, really easy it seems like!

Starts at 18:03 minutes into it.
