The engine hasn't changed in 2024 - it will make the same injector noise that it always has. Some hear it, others don't. It bothers some, not so much others.

Could be that us older 70+ owners that have abused our ears for decades with loud rock and roll and noisy exhausts can't hear the ticking and you younger guys can.

I am 73 years old, have a HTC and a Borla exhaust - I've never heard the faintest hint of ticking!
