I don’t see that around here…. I live in the Northeast and German performance cars are more common around here… AMG’s (my daily) BMW M cars, Audi S and RS and of course Porsche’s….
I also see one of the big three…. Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren…. As much as I see C8’s….
I’ll probably see more this year as I take mine out….

Unwanted attention as in from the popo? That is all on you if so. I’ve probably done 20K on long road trips in silver, white and red Vettes. No issues however I don’t give the popo a reason to pull me over.
The bigger issue to me is hotels. I research the hell out of safe neighborhoods, use Google Maps to look at the area etc. I don’t sleep well at hotels. Recently we’ve been fairly lucky at finding AirBnB’s that will do one night and have a garage…..oh so much better. Drove my ‘24 home from Chicago to Austin. Had a AirBnB with garage in Arkansas and slept like a baby.

Anything similar in my C8 is probably going to result in a ticket…. I have a clean record and hope to keep it that way….
I also have the same concerns about hotel/motels… car theft along interstates is definitely a concern…. Read too many stories about people losing cars, motor homes, motorcycles, trailers…. You name it people will steal it….
The AirBnB is a great idea!!! A garage is obviously best but just being in a family neighborhood I imagine is better than a motel on the interstate…
