C8 warranty void when sold? Only Z06?

Looking at purchasing a lightly used c8 stingray. Seeing posts about voided warranty if car is less than 6 months old. Is that ONLY for a used z06? Or is that for all corvettes? Thank you 👍

Let's clarify this further. Stingrays will carry the full warranty to its second/third owners for whatever duration of said warranty is left. Z06s also have the same exact thing as long as the first owner holds ownership of it for at least six months. Now, in my opinion every single used C8 should have its warranty status verified before being purchased used.

What is the source of this? Furthermore, in what context did you read/interpret this information? As a percentage of all existing Z06's, as a percentage of all C8's, by model year? This is 100% BS.

It's not true. The Z06 has a different DCT and seems more reliable.

Just saw to today some brand new stingrays on the lot selling for up to 10k off. So you might find a better deal on a new one.
