Jacking Pucks
I have the red jacking pucks that some are using to lift the cars. Liked them but always thought they weren't large enough, in height not in diameter, and always wanted some more space between the jack and quick jack.
I got some new ones from one of our supporting vendors, Elite Engineering. They are the non-permanent type.
They are 1 inch thick, 2 1/2 inch in diameter, aluminum and have grooves to help with grip.
They provide additional space to get between the quick jack and the body to clean, add mods, etc...
Just giving a shout out to a good product.

I really like those because of their 2 1/2 height. Also really like the ridges on the bottom for better gripping. 👍👍

Nice that they offer additional clearance for the jack pad.

How about only a little over 1/2 inch thick and less than $30.

OP Just my perspective.... when I see your jack on a floor with ridges and the potential for the jack to get hung up.... think about these plates I use everytime I use a floor jack. Got them from a metal fab shop. Got to make sure the jack rolls freely as you lift the car.

Not sure what ""ridges" you are referring to. The jack has never hung up on any of the expansion joints, with the size wheels it has. I place it away from the expansion joints and it only rolls an inch or two when lifting the car. I only lift it high enough to remove a wheel, anything higher and I use the quick jack.
Talking about the expansion joints. You get a stone or anything that hangs up the jack...... it slips.... I'd not take the chance but each to their own. The wheels are wide which don't overcome resistance.

I think the "chamfered" edge on the permanent pucks makes them superior because it helps keep them inside the lifting pad of the jack.
