Previously I lived with a 2018 z06 as my only car and daily driver for almost 5 years. what about this build?

I never had a C7, but I would have no problem with my C8 as a DD

Almost exactly what I ordered. You have a few more "cosmetic" options than I do. I asked my salesman about the front lift and he said "did you ever own a corvette before". i said "this will be my fourth". He said "you don't need it". I plan on driving mine a lot and taking it to the track. Good Luck. Only thing I was told was that the black wheels go on constraint a lot. Mine went right through.

I like your build, but I would consider upgrading to GT2 seats. I think they looks miles better than the GT1 seats. I have them on my DD and no comfort issues at all. Plus, better leather to boot.

Only tweak I'd make is yellow calipers.
I think the plaque is fluff.
I like body color spoilers, but YMMV. It's always easier to go black accent with wraps than it is to get a match for body color--should you decide you want to change things up later.

Good luck getting those wheels. They were off constraint in the February cycle but Z51 was on constraint, now Z51 is off constraint and the wheels are one. I hear those wheels are on constraint more than any other, that's why they lowered the price on two other 5 spoke variants.

Nice build, but unless you plan to track the car, I would substitute the HTC for the Z51.

With 2lt you can adjust the bolsters (sides) on GT1 and GT2 which can help with wear. I had GT2 on a 2020 and now have GT1 on my 2024 and found no difference in comfort level. GT2 is a pretty pricey option.

I’m the opposite, would definitely choose Z51 Coupe over non Z51 HTC…. gm says you must by the Z51 if you want to track it…. To me that means… if I want to drive it hard… and expect braking and cooling systems that are the equal of the German performance cars I’ve owned…. I need the Z51….
