Thanks. I'm just being fussy about it. A split second of pre-detonation, even, just 'bugs' me, and makes me want to flee from CA to a state where I can get some decent fuel and away from the lunatics!

Thanks. Was going for the more conservative, classic look and am happy with the result. It suits me.

Spark knock on 91 octane usually means the engine is really lugging, or the fuel was not up to par. 91 octane here in Kolorado, as well. Most octane boosters are snake oil from what I've read, but a couple of gallons of race fuel would really help. Congrats on the new car!

Thanks-- Just submitted a question to Chevrolet asking if use of the 96 octane Sunoco unleaded available at the local racetrack would void my warranty. Will post their response.

I'm with you on #4... takes a lot of getting used to. You have to teach yourself to "look" into the regular mirror but "at" the screen.

Same here. I was pretty resistant to the rear view mirror cam at first, but lately have grown accustomed to it. It is not a replacement for your side mirrors, use the two in conjunction with each other.

The mirror camera is weird because you are not trying to focus on distance like you are with a mirror. Instead, you're trying to focus up close like you are with an infotainment screen. But if you understand this, then adapting becomes easier. You look at the mirror like you do anything else INSIDE your cabin.

What’s the issue with your frunk? If you’re having trouble opening it, you need to press the button twice. The second time you need to hold it down for about 5 seconds. This is so it doesn’t get opened by accident in your pocket
