I pulled the C8 trigger
Well I did it, I traded in my 2027 Sting Ray for a brand new 2023 Sting Ray.
I am waiting for the Xpel and ceramic coating and hopefully pick it up next week.
A couple of questions to you C8 drivers:

A couple of questions to you C8 drivers:
- Where did you get the charger/tender plug pigtail
- How do you like the run flats?

Gorgeous!
Run flats are a little stiffer and louder than traditional tires, but nothing crazy

congratulations on your new C8, you will love it. the internet is loaded with battery tender pigtails and related equipment. When I picked my '23 up from the NCM they recommended the car be kept on the battery maintainer when not driving because of all the electronics. Run flats are great and give you sense of security; the negative is they can be slightly more noisy and somewhat harsh ride some people report. If your car has magnetic ride, it is hardly noticeable.

I have a Z-51 car so I’m blessed with “summer only” Michelin tires that will be replaced. My days of track time are behind me so there’s so need for them. However, they are quite an improvement from the Goodyear runflats that we had as standard equipment on our C5 and first C6.

Support the National Corvette Museum (NCM) and buy the battery tender through their Corvette Store. Better yet, become a member of the NCM ($65) and then you can get 10% off the battery tender.

I think they just make stuff up... it has more electronics than my '23 MB E450 cabriolet, which can sit outside for a month with no tender? Very, very doubtful.
Still, the NCM did sternly warnme to always come to a full stop and put the car in park before operating the top so that the wind doesn't blow the car over. Seriously. So much of what they said was nonsense, I cut the "orientation" down to about fifteen minutes and skedaddled!
She told me the key fob ALWAYS had to be in the front cup holder anytime I am operating the vehicle. I could not help but laugh out loud at that one. Oh, and I should turn off the interior motion sensor every time I start the car, so that the alarm doesn't go off when passengers reach for something.
Really nice people, totally unmonitored, making up stuff to fill gaps in what they misheard or just could not understand.
You're paying for the best possible predelivery prep, minimal transporter time and the nickel tour.

Yes Had a 2017 and in a couple of days, a 2023. I feel I got a good price with the discount being it was a leftover.

1. Plug in the charger in the frunk, passenger side, there is a 12V outlet. No need for a pigtale if your charger has the cig lighter type of male plug.
2. 6500 miles in my Z51 2023 now. RF are no problem. Non RF would probably be quieter.
