Easiest way for me is to email them to myself from my cell. If you get an option to make them smaller do it. Once you have them saved to your PC when creating or replying to a thread click on the "Manage attachments" button. You can drag and drop or upload. Pretty self explanatory.

First click on the "Upload" link button above.

You can open file explorer and drag a JPG file to the upload screen. Press UPLOAD on the top right of the UPLOAD screen.
Add text and you are done.

The process varies slightly depending upon whether you're posting from your phone or computer. Here are some illustrated instructions I made using my computer (assuming your photos are saved there). The process for the phone is similar but lacks the drag-and-drop feature. I hope this can help.
