Default How Many Is Too Many

We have had 4 to date from 10-18-21. I haven't paid any attention to the description with each. I installed them all. In for a dime in for a dollar I guess. But have seen no change in real world driving. I think they are over used applying insignificant patches when doing nothing is a better choice. For big problems that impact daily drive I get, but the risk of a bad result should be balanced by the proposed improvement.

Nope. I've had 5 successful updates on my 2022 C8 and have never noticed any difference before-to-after. Also, have never seen any of the changes described by others on the forum over the years.

One of the two updates this past week caused all my drive mode settings to default to Touring IP display.

Here is the thread I posted and the resolution:

Last update added Cool to the tire pressure tile, it changes to Normal °F after the tires warm up.

The OTA update, to fix the OTA updates, made my last OTA update fail. Seems their developers only get to test with simulations and not actual real cars...we are the testors for them

No. I have a 2021 HTC delivered late June 2021. I never use the inductive phone charger for charging, so I would not notice that change. Also, while I was well aware of the headlights always on issue, I never really bothered to see if I had the issue - so again, I would not notice that change.

I've had 4 updates on my '23 so far and haven't experienced any notable changes other than having to go back and reset all my customized DIC setting from the last update I installed...

And I wouldn't expect to see any notable changes from these updates either since most updates are installed to fix software bugs and improve operating system functions...

I just noticed that today, I didn't realize it wasn't there before. I only have 1200 miles and two updates so I didn't really have a lot time with any of the software versions.

I believe it's has always been there and I've seen it on my '23 C8 before any updates...It's just beginning to get cold outside so you'll this this "Cool" indicator more often...
