Default Race Ramp 10" Wheel Cribs

I have Race Ramp 10" Wheel Cribs that I use on other vehicles to perform maintenance such as oil changes etc. I use a floor jack to raise the rear of the vehicle one side at a time. After researching the jacking points and making sure jack pucks are used, is it an issue jacking the C8 one side at a time, about 11" (ground to bottom of tire) to place the 10" wheel cribs? should I be concern about racking the frame or damaging the suspension?

Yes. I would not attempt that.

Is there a center jack point in the rear (between rear wheels) to lift the entire back end ?

I lifted my old 1975 like that all of the time and never had an issue - and on a C3, you could see the frame flex when you did that.
The frames on the C5's and newer are far stiffer than they were back then, and so I'm even more comfortable doing it on the newer cars.
While I've only done it a couple of times on my 2023, I don't anticipate any ill effects from lifting the car when necessary.

A safer method would be to use the 2-jack method by incrementally raising each side until you reach the wheel crib height.

I did this with the Raceramp stackable 6" wheel cribs I have....
