Not to run off-track of the topic, but since we are also discussing keeping these wheels clean, I use this stuff and it really helps. (brake dust doesn't cling as bad).

I would select Option B if it were my choice. Those are sharp looking wheels in my opinion.

Indeed, I did end up choosing B - the five spoke silver wheels. My wife said she liked "the spidery looking ones" meaning option A, but my son (who is my car consigliere agreed with me on the choice of B. So I submitted the change to MM and less than hour later, the change was confirmed.

For me, it'd definitely be A. You get the "bling" of the machined face, while the rest of the wheel is dark and won't show brake dust as much.

A might be a PITA to clean but looks worth the effort to me.

They both look good, but I favor option B - much easier to clean too.

I like A and ordered them on my 2023 HTC. I had considered paying $5K for after-market wheels, but I like my OEM wheels better than any after-market I have seen. I do recognize that wheels are totally a personal choice, so pick the ones YOU like most and then get them.

It kills me when someone states their opinion on which wheel is the best, as if their opinion is fact. Wheels are a 100% subjective and personal decision.

Really now. Get yourself a bottle of SONAX and a wall mounted Giraffe pressure washer and VOILA!, clean wheels are not a problem.

I prefer wheels which provides the best access for sponges, brushes, and hands to clean them entirely without going through the trouble of taking them off otherwise the brake dust and dirt builds up. Any painted areas will absorb the brake dust. My choice is always 5-spoke wheels.

Exactly why I chose those wheels. I get pretty picky about brake dust and can already see me swapping the pads out for a less dust product. Being able to clean the wheels without Q-Tips and achy fingers sounded like a good deal to me. Besides, since its my car I like the look of those wheels.

Both wheels you picked are excellent design, for my taste my build has the 5-spoke and I will wait out the production delay if I have to. I've had similar wheels as the 20-spoke you posted on a couple of GT500 and they were a PITA and beach to clean, so never again.

As best I know neither of them is on constraint (Q99 and Q9Y)

I just received confirmation from MM on my order and I need to finalize ASAP with them. Which do you all prefer A or B?

A. B.
I chose this option. It's RPO Q8P. I like the uncomplicated traditional look. I'd prefer chrome, but GM doesn't offer chrome..so I picked this option since it's close in appearance. It's a forged wheel also.

Great choice!

I wish design "B" was available when I built my '23 C8!

Simple; go with the base, OEM junk... then get a set of quality, fully-forged after-market to suit your taste. Works for me! All the best.
