Default Sligt rattle behind driver's seat

When going slow I am hearing some rattles behind my seat. When I go over touching with hands everthing between the seats and engine firewall, I can't feel anything loose. Any suggestions where the rattle source/s are?

Did you check the seatbelt loop snap? If equipped.

It's a Coupe. Will check seat belt loop (i think it's coming behind from right shoulder). Will check window in front of engine. Thank you.

I've noticed a similar rattling sound coming from the passenger seat side...I have a 2LT Coupe with GT2 seats which doesn't have seatbelt loop "snaps"

My passenger seat rattles without a passenger. I move it all the way back and it takes the rattle out. I think it’s just the nature of the seats.

OK, rattles are not that bad, not all the time and can live with it. They are very minor compared to Mustang's. LOL

Could be coming from the removable top panel where it seats in the holes. Little greasing may fix it if the seat belt loop isnt the culprit.

In mine it was the seat belt loop. The C8 is the most rattle free car I've ever owned and I've owned primarily expensive german cars.

I have a 2021 2LT with GT2 seats and have the seatbelt loop. Several months ago, I had a slight rattle over my left shoulder (drivers' side). I applied dielectric grease on the removable top weatherstripping with no improvement. Then, I remembered reading about the seat belt loop that can cause a slight rattle. The rattle turned out to be from the unsnapped seat belt loop. I don't know when GM started installing the seat belt loop?

I'll be damned...The GT2 seat does snap at the top! It wasn't clear that it was a snap...I just checked my seats, and both were snapped in place....

Mine is a Coupe, and I'd say this cluld be the removeable top creaking rattle I hear. My Jeep Wragler has removal top and two front pieces have guiding rod which needed cloth electrical tape to stop rattling. I am affraid to take off Coupe roof top as I read few posts with difficulties in reinstalling. Will follow up on other suggestions of course.

Have you added engine bay dress up stuffs? Support braces may not be torqued to specs. I just went through this on my coupe.

I you losen up the 2 front mounting latvhes and pop the rear one you can exert a small amount of upward pressure from inside to slightly dislodge the roof thus creating a small enough gap between the rubber on the roof and rubber on the car. You can then moisten a microfiber cloth with something like gummipfledge or formula 403 or some other rubber rubricant and apply it. You can then push the roof down and reengage all 3 latches.
