I知 new to the C8痴, (not to low flying cars). I知 looking for a source for a kit to bolt to the front of a C8 (w/o Z51 or other splitters) to protect the bumper cover and other thinks from scrapes. A search on eBay only lists aftermarket Z51 style splitters which is NOT what I want. I want something durable - not just PPF film.

Thanks in advance for any reasonable sources.

It's not that low, just being careful and using angles should be enough IMO.

You will have plenty of clearance without a splitter. Unfortunately GM went from a C7 urethane splitter to a hard plastic splitter. I'm on splitter number 2.

Oddly enough while these are great products all they do is transfer the scrapes to themselves and you still end up with ugly scrapes. Yes your original parts are protected but you still have scrapes to deal with. If you argue they won't be seen then why bother in the first place. I've been driving my car for over two years now, albeit only 10K miles, and have never scraped my car because I'm careful with where and how I drive over obstacles.
